Are Hemp and CBD legal?

Yes.

Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill the purchase, sale, and possession of hemp CBD products are completely legal in all 50 States. So as long as your products are derived from Hemp and fully compliant, they are all completely legal! All of our products sold on this website are made from hemp and are fully compliant with all US laws and quality control tested for compliance.

The legality of Cannabidiol (CBD) from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring CBD not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled..”

Do you use distillate or isolate?

Not unless the product specifically says so. All of our 20:1 CBD coconut oil is infused with full spectrum, trimmed hemp flowers containing many cannabinoids including: CBD, THC, CBDA, THCA, CBC, CBG, and CBGA. All of our products contain less than 0.3% THC. All distillate and isolate products are THC-free.
What is in your 20:1 capsules?

Three ingredients:

1) Vegetarian (Kosher and Halal) capsule shells made from pure HPMC vegetable cellulose and filtered water. No additives, preservatives, animal products, GMO, or gluten are used.

2) Organic unrefined virgin coconut oil. Our coconut oil is expeller pressed without the use of chemicals or solvents, non-GMO, gluten and dairy free.

3) High CBD low THC full-spectrum activated hemp oil grown by Ahimsa Hemp. We only use trimmed flowers, we will never use aerial parts or biomass in our products.

Will I pass a drug test?

We cannot make any claims on whether or not any of our products will show up on a drug test. Our products are made with a Full Spectrum CBD Oil and contain less than 0.3% THC. We are not legally able to make any recommendations or guarantees regarding drug tests on Full Spectrum products. If that is a concern, we would recommend not consuming any CBD products and/or doing some further research at ProjectCBD.org, before making the decision to consume any CBD.

When will my package ship?

We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving the order using USPS, you should expect delivery 2-5 business days from then.

Why do some capsules look like the oil is solid, while others it can look like they are liquid? Why are some lighter or darker than others?

It is the nature of coconut oil to liquefy over 73F. It will solidify under 73F. Sometimes due to higher or lower temperatures the consistency of the oil can change from liquid to solid and vice versa, during this process color can appear lighter or darker. If you prefer to keep the oil solid, we suggest storing the capsules in the refrigerator.

How should I store the capsules?

It is ok to store capsules at room temperature. It is the nature of coconut oil to liquefy in temperatures over 73F and solidify under 73F. A little bit of excess oil can be left on the outside of the capsules during the filling process, or sometimes small amounts of oil can leak from the capsules. When it liquefies it can sometimes cause that small bit of oil to be left on your hands after handling them. Usually it is a very small, unnoticeable amount. To avoid this we suggest keeping them in the fridge, this will keep the oil solid and avoid any leakage.

We suggest storing our capsules in the refrigerator if possible.

The freezer is good for long term storage. Raw virgin coconut oil is minimally processed and therefore our 20:1 CBD capsules store better in cool or cold conditions. Water dissolves the capsule shells so always store your capsules in dry conditions. Keep out of the reach of children.

Can I give your 20:1 CBD capsules to my pet?

Yes, but the dose will decrease proportional to your pet’s body weight. For example, a 50lb dog should take 1/3 of a capsule, and a 5lb dog should take 1/30th of a capsule. To separate the capsule contents from the shell simply freeze the capsule. Once frozen, pull the shell apart. The frozen contents will easily separate from the shell by squeezing the round end of the shell.

Will your 20:1 CBD Capsules help my medical condition?

We can't answer medical questions. We suggest watching the documentary Waldo on Weed, and researching the most recently published scientific journals.
